释义	代理人不得自己代理，但是被代理人同意或者追认的除外；不能双方代理，违背了合同必须由双方当事人协商一致的基本原则，它把双方的民事权利义务关系的建立完全由一人来决定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十八条代理人不得以被代理人的名义与自己实施民事法律行为，但是被代理人同意或者追认的除外。代理人不得以被代理人的名义与自己同时代理的其他人实施民事法律行为，但是被代理的双方同意或者追认的除外。
