释义	根据我国有关法律规定，证人必须出庭作证，有下列情形之一的，经人民法院许可，可以通过书面证言、视听传输技术或者视听资料等方式作证：（一）因健康原因不能出庭的；（二）因路途遥远，交通不便不能出庭的；（三）因自然灾害等不可抗力不能出庭的；（四）其他有正当理由不能出庭的。法律依据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十二条、第七十三条
