释义	法律分析：居住用地70年，70年土地使用期满后，土地收归国有，地上建筑物仍然属于业主所有。如果再次申请土地使用权，则应该根据当时的地价水平，补缴土地出让金。法律依据：《城镇国有土地使用权出让和转让暂行条例》第十二条土地使用权出让最高年限按下列用途确定：居住用地70年业用地50年育、科技、文化、卫生、体育用地年限为50年业、旅游、娱乐用地40年储用地50年合或者其他用地50年。
