释义	地役权是以他人土地供自己土地便利而使用的权利，是指按照合同约定，利用他人的不动产，以提高自己的不动产的效益的权利。役地权利人应当按照合同约定，允许地役权人利用其土地，不得妨害地役权人行使权利。如甲给乙一笔钱购买了乙土地上的修水渠的使用权，此时就是乙按照合同在其土地上为甲设立了地役权。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百七十二条地役权人有权按照合同约定，利用他人的不动产，以提高自己的不动产的效益。前款所称他人的不动产为供役地，自己的不动产为需役地。
