释义	法律分析：因不可归责事由是指因法定或约定的免责事由而导致的不利状态。包括不可抗力、双方当事人自行约定的免责事由等。但合同中约定造对方人身损害或因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的免责条款无效。法律依据《民法典》第五百六十三条有下列情形之一的，当事人可以解除合同：（一）因不可抗力致使不能实现合同目的。《民法典》第五百零六条合同中的下列免责条款无效：（一）造成对方人身损害的；（二）因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的。
