法律分析：现在出现的各种抢票软件都有加速包、助力、极速出票等各种选项，消费者在买票时是需要付费或者转发链接让朋友点，在该过程中，可能会涉及对个人信息的泄漏，而且一些软件是没有代为销售火车票的资质，抢票的服务费远远超过5元，该行为就是变相加价，违法了法律的规定。
法律依据：《关于依法查处代售代办铁路客票非法加价和倒卖铁路客票违法犯罪活动的通知》 第三条 第二款 属于倒卖铁路客票的违法犯罪行为，由公安机关依法给予治安管理处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。”
