释义	法律分析：高等学校毕业后直接考取研究生的，在研究生学习期间确实不能计算工作年限。不过如果是在职人员考取研究生的，学习期间可以计算工龄。工作了一段时间再考取研究生的，学习期间可以算工龄。法律依据：《中华人民共和国关于博士生和在职人员考取硕士生学习期间工龄计算问题的通知》第二条在职人员考取国内硕士生，学习期间计算工龄。在职人员出国攻读硕士学位研究生，获得硕士学位回国工作后，在规定的学习年限内也计算工龄。
