释义	法律分析: 转继承，是指继承人在继承开始后实际接受遗产前死亡，该继承人的法定继承人代其实际接受其有权继承的遗产。转继承人就是实际接受遗产的死亡继承人的继承人。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百五十二条继承开始后，继承人于遗产分割前死亡，并没有放弃继承的，该继承人应当继承的遗产转给其继承人，但是遗嘱另有安排的除外。
