释义	法律分析：目前我国继承遗产暂时还不需要交税，因此我国没有遗产税。一般情况下，继承遗产并不需要交税，但是如果继承的遗产是房屋时，办理房屋过户过程中，所以需要交纳契税，大约在1%到3%之间。但是如果是通过法定继承的方式继承的房产，那么免征契税。继承其他方面的财产是不需要缴税的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国契税法》第一条在中华人民共和国境内转移土地、房屋权属，承受的单位和个人为契税的纳税人，应当依照本法规定缴纳契税。
