释义	目前我国没有专门的卫生法，只有以公共卫生与医政管理为主的单个法律法规构成的一个相对完整的卫生法体系。医疗方面主要是由《中华人民共和国执业医师法》、《医疗机构管理条例》及其实施细则、《护士条例》、《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》及其实施办法、《中华人民共和国义务献血法》《医疗事故处理条例》等法律法规构成。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国执业医师法》第一条为了加强医师队伍的建设，提高医师的职业道德和业务素质，保障医师的合法权益，保护人民健康，制定本法。
