空置房的法律定义是什么？
释义
空置房分两种，一种是房屋已交付使用但开发商尚未出售的房屋，物业费由建设单位承担。另一种是已具备交付使用条件，但因业主个人原因未办理入住或已办理入住手续但未使用该房屋。物业费由业主承担。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第二百零九条 不动产物权的设立、变更、转让和消灭，经依法登记，发生效力；未经登记，不发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
