释义	法律分析：近日，公安部公布了《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法（修订公开征求意见稿）》，其中将行政拘留的执行年龄从16周岁降低至14周岁。也就是说，一旦相关条款获通过，行政拘留将可对14至16岁年龄段的未成年人执行处罚了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第十二条已满14周岁不满18周岁的人违反治安管理的，从轻或者减轻处罚;不满14周岁的人违反治安管理的，不予处罚，但是应当责令其监护人严加管教。
