释义	法律分析：房产中介赚取差价是违法的，房产中介不得收取除合法佣金以外的其他任何费用，“吃差价”实质是不法房产中介采用欺诈的手段订立合同，非法获利，损害消费者权益的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国外汇管理条例》第四十五条私自买卖外汇、变相买卖外汇、倒买倒卖外汇或非法介绍买卖外汇数额较大的，由外汇管理机关给予警告，没收违法所得，处违法金额30%以下的罚款。情节严重的，处违法金额30%以上等值罚款；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
