释义	法律分析: 在一个记分周期内记分未达到12分，罚款在这个记分周期结束前已缴清的，下一记分周期开始时系统自动清零。尚有罚款未缴清的记分在下一记分周期不给予清零，下一记分周期开始后会在此基础上记分，以此类推。法律依据: 《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十六条对机动车驾驶人的道路交通安全违法行为，处罚与记分同时执行。机动车驾驶人一次有两个以上违法行为记分的，应当分别计算，累加分值。
