释义	法律分析: 作品稿酬有如下标准: 1、著译作品标准根据作品质量的高低，著译的难易等方面因素予以确定。一般著作稿每千字10至30元，翻译稿每千字8至24元； 2、其他标准。法律依据:《《书籍稿酬暂行规定》》第二条著译一经出版或发表，应根据作品质量的高低，著译的难易，付给适当的稿酬。初版的书按照字数付给著译者基本稿酬，并且按照印数付给著译者印数稿酬；再版时不付基本稿酬，只付印数稿酬。
