释义	法律分析：在借款合同写错的情况下，一般来说只要发现就要对其进行纠正，而不同意修改的原因多半都是因为错误的合同对其中一方有利，其欲借此错误合同谋取不法利益。如果对方拒不更改，那么有效的合同只会损害一方的利益，因此对违反当事人真实意志的合同，可以向法院提起诉讼，请求法院对该合同进行撤销，并对已借的财产进行处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。法律、行政法规规定变更合同应当办理批准、登记等手续的，依照其规定。
