释义	法律分析：债的主体:是指参与债的关系的当事人。享有债权的主体叫做债权人,负有债务的主体称为债务人。债的客体:债的客体也称债的标的,是指债务人依当事人约定或法律规定应为或不应为的特定行为,统称为给付。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十七条借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。第六百七十九条自然人之间的借款合同，自贷款人提供借款时成立。
