释义	车辆在高速公路发生故障，应及时打开危险报警闪光灯（即双闪），如果车辆还可以移动，在确保安全的前提下，将车辆驶入最右侧紧急停车带，并设置警告标志。如果妨碍交通又难以移动的，应当按照规定开启危险报警闪光灯并在车后50米至100米处设置警告标志，夜间还应当同时开启示廓灯和后位灯。将车辆处理好后，请及时向高速交警部门报警，等候交警到场，请不要在车上及道路上等候，以免发生事故。法律依据黑龙江省高速公路管理条例第四十条
