法律依据：《农村土地承包经营权证》 第十一条 农村土地承包当事人认为农村土地承包经营权证和登记簿记载错误的，有权申请更正。农村集体所有的土地是由权利人申请并由村民小组代表指界并签名盖章后予以确权及登记发证。农村集体所有的土地经依法征收后属国有土地，不应再颁发集体土地所有权证书，如果发现农村集体土地确权登记错误，应当及时予以纠正。
