法律分析:
据我国法律规定，18岁以下的为未成年人。《民法典》第十七条规定：十八周岁以上的自然人为成年人。不满十八周岁的自然人为未成年人。
中国法律中规定的成年是指公历生日的18岁,且要从公历生日的当天开始算起。在法律上已满十六周岁且有收入来源可以供自己生活的也可以视为成年人。

《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》 第二条 本法所称未成年人是指未满十八周岁的公民。
