释义	法律分析：黑白合同是指当事人为了掩盖真实的意图，就同一事项订立两份以上的内容不相同的合同，“黑合同”意思表示虚假，“白合同”是其真实的意思表示。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。第一百五十五条无效的或者被撤销的民事法律行为自始没有法律约束力。
