释义	没有合同原件是可以起诉立案的。合同纠纷到法院起诉时可以暂时不向立案庭提交证据原件,只要提供复印件给法院即可。无法核对原件的复印件,是不能作为定案的依据。你还必须要有其他证据来佐证。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法法》第二十三条因合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖。
