释义	法律分析：没有经济来源的人不能作为担保人，因为担保人的责任在于，当借款人无法按时还款时，担保人有责任义务帮助借款人偿还贷款的，若担保人没有经济来源的话，自然也就没有还款能力了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百八十三条机关法人不得为保证人，但是经国务院批准为使用外国政府或者国际经济组织贷款进行转贷的除外。以公益为目的的非营利法人、非法人组织不得为保证人。第六百九十一条保证的范围包括主债权及其利息、违约金、损害赔偿金和实现债权的费用。当事人另有约定的，按照其约定。
