法律依据：《物业管理条例》第五十一条 供水、供电、供气、供热、通信、有线电视等单位，应当依法承担物业管理区域内相关管线和设施设备维修、养护的责任。前款规定的单位因维修、养护等需要，临时占用、挖掘道路、场地的，应当及时恢复原状。
