调岗后用人单位不可以再次约定试用期。用人单位连续适用同一劳动者在同一岗位或者可替代性的岗位工作,不论是延长劳动合同期限或者劳动合同终止后隔时用人单位再次招用的等,均不应另行约定使用期。
