释义	法律分析：只要是立遗嘱者真实意思表示，且出于其完全自愿，遗嘱设计的财产权利属于该立遗嘱者，且未侵犯他人合法权利的，就是合法遗嘱。遗嘱的有效条件包括：遗嘱人必须具有遗嘱能力，即完全民事行为能力人才具有立遗嘱的资格。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十三条无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
