释义	法律分析：如果合同存在严重漏洞，可以解除合同。严重漏洞是指合同条款不完备、合同内容与合同目的严重不符、合同缺乏必要的约束力等情形。但是，仅仅是一些小问题的话，无法解除合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合同法》第四十八条合同一方未履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，另一方可以依据约定要求履行或者解除合同；造成损害的，应当承担赔偿责任。第一百零六条合同一方违反合同约定提供虚假条款或者损害对方利益的，对方可以请求人民法院或者仲裁机构变更或者撤销该条款，并可以要求赔偿损失。
