释义	法律分析：订立遗嘱不一定要本人亲手写，可以找人代书，也可以采取别的形式订立遗嘱。采取自书遗嘱的需要本人写，自书遗嘱由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日。立遗嘱人必须具有完全的民事行为能力。遗嘱必须是立遗嘱人的真实意思表示。遗嘱的内容不得违反法律，不得损害国家，集体的利益。遗嘱应为缺乏劳动能力而没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产份额。不得处分属于国家、集体、或他人所有的财产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十四条自书遗嘱由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日。
