股东股份变更需要本人到吗？

法律分析：
不需要法定代表人本人去办理，可以由公司员工带相应的材料到工商局办理即可。如果你是新任命的法定代表人，需要在办理是出示身份证原件。法人变更需要一系列的流程和手续，需要每个股东的亲笔签名，法人不到场另外一个股东持法人的身份证、有关文件和委托书也可以办理。

《中华人民共和国公司法》 第十三条 公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。
