释义	在我国法律上,分手本身的行为与一方死亡之间不存在因果关系,仅仅就分手导致的一方死亡的,其另一方不承担责任,但若一方死亡，是因为另一方具有法律意义上的过错行为导致的,则另一方需要承担相应的法律责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国侵权责任法》第六条行为人因过错侵害他人民事权益，应当承担侵权责任。根据法律规定推定行为人有过错，行为人不能证明自己没有过错的，应当承担侵权责任。
