释义	法律分析：劳动者办理入职手续的那天，如果劳动者有上班的，是有工资的，如果用人单位拒绝支付其工资的，劳动者可以向当地的劳动监察部门进行投诉举报，要求用人单位支付其工资的。用人单位克扣或者拖欠劳动者工资的，劳动者可以向劳动保障监察大队投诉该单位。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人，不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。
