释义	法律分析：存续是指:企业依法存在并继续正常运营。也被称作开业、正常、登记经营状态一般分为八种:存续、在业、吊销、注销、迁入、迁出、停业、清算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十二条法定代表人因执行职务造成他人损害的，由法人承担民事责任。法人承担民事责任后，依照法律或者法人章程的规定，可以向有过错的法定代表人追偿。第六十三条法人以其主要办事机构所在地为住所。依法需要办理法人登记的，应当将主要办事机构所在地登记为住所。
