释义	法律分析：改编者对改编后的作品享有著作权，但是该著作权的行使受到一定限制，即行使改编作品的著作权不得侵犯原作品的著作权。具体而言，改编者对于改编作品仅享有消极意义上的著作权，即制止他人未经许可使用其改编作品的权利，而不享有积极意义上的著作权，即不得自行或许可他人使用其改编作品。法律依据：《中华人民共和国著作权法》第十二条改编、翻译、注释、整理已有作品而产生的作品，其著作权由改编、翻译、注释、整理人享有，但行使著作权时不得侵犯原作品的著作权。
