释义	法律分析: 违法转包是指承包人在承包工程后，又将其承包的工程建设任务转让给第三人，转让人退出现场承包关系，受让人成为承包合同的另一方当事人的违法行为。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国建筑法》第六十七条承包单位将承包的工程转包的，或者违反本法规定进行分包的，责令改正，没收违法所得，并处罚款，可以责令停业整顿，降低资质等级节严重的，吊销资质证书。
