释义	法律分析：不可以。住宿必须要身份证实名登记的，一般都是使用身份证的，不过按照相关的规定有效证件都是可以的，护照，军官证武警军官证等，但驾驶证不属于国家法律规定的有效证件以内。法律依据：《旅馆业治安管理办法》第六条旅馆接待旅客住宿必须登记。登记时，应当查验旅客的身份证件，按规定的项目如实登记。接待境外旅客住宿，还应当在24小时内向当地公安机关报送住宿登记表。
