老年痴呆没法做公证怎么处理？

法律分析：
首先要给痴呆患者去做个鉴定，鉴定患者痴呆是不是属于完全民事行为能力，如果是属于完全民事行为能力，那么订立的遗嘱就是有效的。无行为能力人或者限制行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人属于无遗嘱能力的人，不具有以遗嘱处分其财产的资格。

《中华人民共和国公证法》 第六条 公证机构是依法设立，不以营利为目的，依法独立行使公证职能、承担民事责任的证明机构。
