法律依据：
《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》 第一百零一条 公安机关、人民检察院、人民法院和司法行政部门应当确定专门机构或者指定专门人员，负责办理涉及未成年人案件。办理涉及未成年人案件的人员应当经过专门培训，熟悉未成年人身心特点。专门机构或者专门人员中，应当有女性工作人员。
公安机关、人民检察院、人民法院和司法行政部门应当对上述机构和人员实行与未成年人保护工作相适应的评价考核标准。
