释义	在满足一定条件后可以。不可撤消信用证在以下情况时才可以撤消：1、卖方提交的议付单据与信用证单不一致、一旦出现不符点，尽管可能是非实质性不符点，开证行就有权拒付，而单据一旦遭到拒付，则此信用证就等于被撤消了。2、发来的信用证修改却使该证成为不可操作的信用证，可以撤销。法律依据：《跟单信用证统一惯例》第十五条不可撤销跟单信用证一经开出，于有效期内未经信用证诸当事人(开证行、保兑行以及受益人)的同意，开证银行对已开出的信用证不得作片面的修改或撤销。
