释义	法律分析：奖金属于工资的范畴，如果有的单位随意扣发，明显违反了法律规定。建议被扣发奖金的劳动者向劳动行政部门反映，由劳动行政部门责令其限期支付，如逾期不支付，劳动者可以依法申请劳动仲裁，由仲裁机关裁定其在规定的时间内全额支付扣发的奖金之外，还需按应付金额百分之五十以上百分之一百以下的标准向劳动者加付赔偿金。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第三条本规定所称工资是指用人单位依据劳动合同的规定，以各种形式支付给劳动者的工资报酬。第十五条用人单位不得克扣劳动者工资。
