释义	法律分析：劳动仲裁是指，劳动仲裁委员会对当事人申请仲裁的劳动争议进行居中公断和裁决。当事人可以在离职前，也可以在离职后申请劳动仲裁。只要劳动者是在从辞职那天算起一年内，携带仲裁申请书、身份证以及复印件、相关证据复印件、证据清单和用人单位的工商登记信息等资料，向当地的人力资源和社会保障局里的劳动仲裁委员会申请劳动仲裁。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第二十七条劳动争议申请仲裁的时效期间为一年。仲裁时效期间从当事人知道或者应当知道其权利被侵害之日起计算。
