释义	作为证据，一般都毁培得提交原件，或者经人民法院核对与原件相符的复印件，这是因为，对于复印件，我们很难核实其来源以明余察及形成的过程，比如是否有被串改等等，从而影响到该证据的证明力。但这并不是说，只要是复印件，就一概没有证明力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十条第一款书证应当提交原件，物证激茄应当提交原物。提交原件或原物确有困难的，可以提交复制品、照片、副本、节录本。
