释义	法律分析：目前法院认定的分居，就是指因夫妻感情不和，双方分开居住，且互不履行夫妻之间的义务(包括性生活等)。“因感情不和分居满两年”的“两年”时间的计算方式：1、从提出离婚的夫妻二人共同认可的最后一次同居的第二天起计算，到提出离婚诉讼(一方向人民法院递交离婚诉讼状)的当天止。2、分居时间应该连续计算。如果夫妻分居后又同居的，应当从夫妻最后一次同居结束后重新计算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十九条有下列情形之一，调解无效的，应准予离婚：因感情不和分居满二年的。
