遗嘱人可撤销遗嘱的法定情形有哪些
释义
遗嘱撤销有以下几种方法：1、以书面形式明示变更或撤销原遗嘱。2、以立新遗嘱的方式变更或撤销原遗嘱。遗嘱人在订立新的遗嘱中，不论是否明确撤销、变更原遗嘱，只要前后两个遗嘱的内容相抵触，即意味着前遗嘱被推定为变更或撤销。全部抵触，全部撤销，部分抵触，部分撤销。
