释义	法律分析：单位对员工是没有罚款的权利的，也不能无故克扣员工的工资。但现实中，对违纪员工罚款或者是直接克扣员工工资的情况并不少见，有些单位罚款或者克扣工资的数额甚至于员工的基本工资相当，这无疑会损害员工的权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十八条用人单位的规章制度违反法律、法规的规定，损害劳动者权益的”，劳动者可以解除劳动合同；第八十条用人单位直接涉及劳动者切身利益的规章制度违反法律、法规规定的，由劳动行政部门责令改正，给予警告；给劳动者造成损害的，应当承担赔偿责任。
