释义	【法律意见】公司无故降低员工工资是不合法的。降低工资属于变更劳动合同内容，应与劳动者协商达成一致并签订书面文件。用人单位单方降低劳动者工资的，劳动者可以未及时足额支付工资为由申请劳动仲裁，要求解除劳动关系并支付经济补偿金；若不想解除劳动关系的，可只请求支付工资差额。【法律依据】《劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
