释义	拿到驾照一年之后可以独自上高速路，在一年内副驾驶需要坐一个有3年驾驶经验的司机。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公安部令第123号》第六十五条第二款驾驶人在实习期内驾驶机动车上高速公路行驶，应当由持相应或者更高准驾车型驾驶证三年以上的驾驶人陪同。陪同的驾驶人应乘坐在副驾驶位置，对实习驾驶人进行指导。无驾驶员陪同或陪同驾驶员不符合要求的，将被处200元罚款。在拿到驾照一年实习期以后，在这一年里无任何违章违法记录即可自己开车独自上高速，副驾驶不必再坐有3年驾驶经验的驾驶人。
