释义	法律分析：公司可以做担保人，但是法律另有规定的除外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三条公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任；股份有限公司的股东以其认购的股份为限对公司承担责任。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百八十三条机关法人不得为保证人，但是经国务院批准为使用外国政府或者国际经济组织贷款进行转贷的除外。以公益为目的的非营利法人、非法人组织不得为保证人。
