释义	法律分析： 2018汽车票退票规定有： 1、当次客运班车开车时间2小时前办理退票，按票面额10%计收退票费，不足1元按1元计算； 2、当次客运班车开车时间前2小时以内办理退票，按票面额20%计收退票费，不足1元按1元计算； 3、开车后一般不退票，以各客运站规定为准； 4、由于承运人责任造成班车晚点、脱班等延迟运输的，旅客可根据需要改乘其他班次或者退票，免收退票费。汽车票有两种退票方式：一是到车站取票后在退票窗口退票；二是在网上退票(要求客运站开通了网上退票)。
