释义	法律分析：法律不允许。从法律角度上，亲子关系不能自认而解除。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第七条一方当事人对于另一方当事人主张的于己不利的事实有所限制或者附加条件予以承认的，由人民法院综合案件情况决定是否构成自认。第八条《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》第九十六条第一款规定的事实，不适用有关自认的规定。自认的事实与已经查明的事实不符的，人民法院不予确认。
