释义	改名字的“正当理由”通常指：1、冠夫姓的妇女去掉夫姓，或称氏改为姓名的；2、僧人、道士、尼姑等还俗，法名改俗名的；3、姓名含有社会公众不易识别的冷僻文字、不雅文字等；4、父母离婚需要更改姓氏的；5、变更收养关系的；6、其他需要变更姓名的情形。法律依据《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第十八条公民变更姓名，依照下列规定办理：(一)未满十八周岁的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人或者父母、收养人向户口登记机关申请变更登记;(二)十八周岁以上的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人向户口登记机关申请变更登记。
